In celebration of Saudi Foundation Day 2026, APSCO — The Arabian Petroleum Supply
Company — commissioned a cinematic TVC that traces the Kingdom's journey from
its earliest foundations to its modern energy future.

What makes this project remarkable isn't just the story it tells — it's how it
was told. Every single frame was generated, refined, and animated using
Generative AI tools. No traditional filming. No stock footage. No 3D renders.
Pure GenAI — from storyboard to final cut.

The result: a 60-second cinematic epic spanning 300 years of Saudi history,
brought to life through AI-generated imagery, AI-composed music, and a
carefully architected prompt engineering pipeline.

The central idea links APSCO's identity as an energy company with the deeper,
timeless energy of the Saudi people — their resilience, ambition, and
unbreakable spirit across centuries.

Time passes. Empires rise and fall. But the energy of Saudi Arabia — embodied
in one eternal hero — never fades. He doesn't age. He doesn't change. He is
the invisible force behind every builder, every warrior, every dreamer who
shaped this nation.

He is not the hero of the story.
The Saudi people are.
He is the energy behind them — the extra push that gets the job done.



The hero of this film is not a person — he is a symbol. A living embodiment of the land's eternal energy. His face never ages. Only his clothes and hair shift to match each era he inhabits.

Six eras. One face. Six identities.
The clothes change. But the jawline never softens. The gaze never drops.The energy never leaves.
a single character — dressed by history, lit by cinema, and generated entirely by AI — appearing six times as six versions of the same unbreakable spirit.




Before a single AI image was generated, every frame was meticulously planned. The storyboard served as the creative blueprint — defining camera angles, character positions, lighting direction, emotional beats, and transition mechanics for each scene.

Each frame was annotated with detailed cinematography notes: lens type, camera movement, lighting setup, and the precise moment the hero breaks the fourth wall to address the viewer.


This level of pre-production rigor was essential. In a GenAI pipeline, you don't get to "fix it in post" the way traditional film allows. The prompt has to be right. The reference has to be precise. The vision has to be locked before generation begins.




Not every frame tells a story. But some frames carry the weight of an entire era in a single composition — a hand gripping mud, a spear mid-flight, a valve turning for the first time. These are the moments we obsessed over.

Each one generated, refined, and pushed through dozens of iterations until the light, the texture, and the emotion landed exactly where the storyboard demanded.



Yes — every frame here was generated by AI. But AI didn't direct these shots.
